Sadhak (साधक)

A Sadhak is a spiritual practitioner who follows the tattvagyan and practices prescribed by the Guru.

Sadhak (साधक)

Sadhak (साधक | sādhaka) means a spiritual practitioner—a person engaged in Sadhana.

In Bhakti, there is specific tattvagyan to understand and practices prescribed by the Guru. A person who follows these teachings and practices can be called a Sadhak.

The way to stabilize the mind on God is through Roopdhyan. Practicing Roopdhyan is Sadhana, and one who sincerely engages in that practice is a Sadhak.

A Sadhak regularly learns, practices, and introspects, recognizing and working to strengthen areas in which their practice is weak.
