japa
japa (जप; japa) repetitive chanting of a mantra or name of God.
Traditionally people create a chain of 108 rosary beads and keep rotating this in their hands while chanting God's name.
As per the divine law physically counting the beads while mind is elsewhere is not termed as devotion to God or Guru.
To avail divine benefit from your japa Jagadguruttam Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj recommends saying Shri Radha's name in this manner. While inhaling feel like you are saying Ra, while exhaling say dhe. You don't need to produce sound instead actively engage your mind in saying Shri Radha's name with your breath.
This is such a simple and yet so powerful technique that with a little practice you will feel like you are chanting Shri Radha's name automatically. And you you relish that name so much that other material thoughts will fade away without any additional effort.
