Satsang (सत्संग | satsaṁga) means association with a Saint that purifies the mind.

Sat means Saint, and sang means association. When a jeev mentally associates with a Saint, it is called satsang.

In common usage, satsang also refers to a gathering where people come together to perform group sadhana.
