Svayam Siddha (Devanagari: स्वयं सिद्ध; ISO 15919: svayaṁ siddha) refers to the Self-Sustained Lord.

Definition The term implies absolute independence. It describes the One who accomplishes everything through His own divine energy (Shakti) without requiring assistance or support from any other entity.

The Unique Personality According to scriptural philosophy, the one and only Svayam Siddha personality is Shri Krishna.

  • Cause of all Causes: He is the origin of all that exists.
  • Eternal: He has no beginning and no end.
  • The Ultimate Source: He is the fountainhead of all living (Chit) and non-living (Achit) entities.
