vimrtyu | विमृत्युः
Vimrtyu (Devanagari: विमृत्युः; ISO 15919: vimr̥tyuḥ) literally means "freedom from death" or "immortality."
The Divine Attribute It is one of the eight divine qualities of God described in the Dahara Vidya section of the Chandogya Upanishad.
Attainment by the Soul While God is inherently immortal, He bestows this quality upon the soul at the moment of God-realization. This grants the devotee eternal life, liberating them forever from the ceaseless cycle of birth and death.
