shanta bhava | शांत भाव

shanta bhava (Devanagari: शांत भाव ISO15919: śāṁta bhāva ) is the passive relationship of loving God as your king.

This is the first of the five bhava related to specific relationships towards God. It includes awe, reverence and fear of God more than loving intimacy.
