God is the reservoir of countless divine qualities, each infinite in measure—meaning that no matter how often He expresses them, they never diminish.
In our case, to accomplish anything we must first resolve, then plan, gather the skill, and finally act before the result is seen. But the Supreme Lord is beyond such limitations.
