Gyan Yog (ज्ञानयोग)
Gyan Yog is the perfected state of the path of knowledge. After attaining Atma-Gyan, the seeker performs Bhakti of God and, through Divine Grace, attains Brahm-Gyan and liberation from Maya.
Gyan Yog (ज्ञान योग | jñāna yoga) is the path in which the practice of Gyan is accompanied by Bhakti of the Personal Form of God.
The scriptures teach that knowledge alone cannot grant realization of God. Through devotion and Divine Grace, the seeker's knowledge becomes perfected.
What Is Its Goal?
The goal of Gyan Yog is Brahm-Gyan (ब्रह्मज्ञान | brahmajñāna), the realization of Brahm, the Impersonal Form of God.
The scriptures explain that this realization is attained through Bhakti of Personal Form of God. Then through Divine Grace .
Why It Matters
Shri Maharaj Ji explains that even a seeker following the path of Gyan ultimately requires Bhakti.
For this reason, Gyan Yog represents the completion and perfection of Gyan through devotion.
