holi | होली

Holi (Devanagari: होली; ISO 15919: hōlī) is a day when foes are also embraced as friends. This festival is is traditionally celebrated by people throwing coloured water and powder on one another.

This is also the day the demoness Holika was killed for the protection of the great devotee, Prahlad, thereby proving the omnipresence of God.
