Avatari (Devanagari: अवतारी ISO15919: avatārī) means the one who is source of all Avatars.

According to Vedas Shri Krishna is the source of all Avatars, so Shri Krishna is the one and only Avatari.

All powers are exhibited by Avatari, whereas Avatars have all the powers but exhibit only what is needed in the moment.
