ashtayami seva (Devanagari: अष्टयामी सेवा​ ISO15919: aṣṭayāmī sevā) refers to the eternal service of The Divine Couple, Shri Radha Krishna, throughout the entire day. [Image illustrating a daily cycle of service (Seva) to Shri Radha Krishna]

According to Vedic time division, a 24-hour day is divided into eight 3-hour slots. These time slots are called Yaam (yāma).

Ashtayami Seva literally means "service performed across the eight yaam." This signifies continuous, round-the-clock devotion focused on serving The Divine Couple in all Their daily pastimes (lilas).
