akarma | अकर्म
Akarma (Devanagari: अकर्म ISO15919: akarma ) are those actions that do not increase the karmic bondage.
These actions can be of two types
- The kind recommended by Shri Krishna to Arjuna in the Gita. In this duties prescribed by Vedas are performed, while mentally focussing on God. It is also known as karmayoga.
- Karm sanyas which means not performing any social or Vedic duties. Performing only the actions for upkeep of the body and engaging the mind on loving remembrance of the Beloved Lord Krishna.
