vyatireka | व्यतिरेक

Nyaya darshan has provided five ways of testing if the means leas to the goal. One of those conditions is vyatireka (Devanagari: व्यतिरेक ISO15919: vyatireka). This is the test of indispensability.

This is one of the tests to be used to determine the validity of the spiritual path that leads to the desired spiritual goal of serving God.
