tatastha shakti | तटस्था शक्ति

tatastha shakti (Devanagari: तटस्था शक्ति ISO15919: taṭasthā śakti) means marginal power.

Jiva Shakti is tatastha shakti of God because it is a shakti of God. It is not part of Yogamaya Shakti which makes impossible things possible. It is not part of Maya Shakti either because jiva is alive (not inert like Maya).
