saguna | सगुण

Saguna (Devanagari: सगुण; ISO 15919: saguṇa) literally means "possessing qualities."

These qualities can be either material or divine:

• God is described as Saguna because He is the abode of countless divine qualities.
• The World is also called Saguna because everything within it is endowed with the material qualities (gunas).
