Ruchi (Devanagari: रुचि; ISO 15919: ruci) refers to a spontaneous interest.

It signifies a state where the mind naturally finds pleasure in remembering God and the Guru. In the gradual progression of devotion—moving from Sadhana Bhakti toward Bhava Bhakti—the development of this "taste" is recognized as the sixth stage.
