karma yoni | कर्म योनि
The yoni in which a jiva is entitled to perform fruit bearing karma is called karma yoni (Devanagari: कर्म योनि IS)15919: karma yoni).
There are 8.4 million types of material life forms. Each of these life forms is called yoni. Out of all these only one yoni is entitled to perform fruit-yielding actions. And that yoni is human form.
In this yoni jiva has the free will to pursue bhukti, mukti or bhakti.
