Karma sanyas (Devanagari: कर्म संन्यास ISO15919: karma saṁnyāsa) means mentally doing bhakti to God.

This form of devotion is not accompanied with following any of the activities prescribed by varnashram dharma or any material duties. They only do mental devotion to God.

Still, these people are advised to do what is necessary for the upkeep of their physical body.

Practising such devotion under the guidance of a genuine rasik saint is the fastest way to attainment of supreme bliss and becoming free from material bondage.

The illustrious example of this devotion is Bhagawan Rishabhdev.
