Is Svarga God's home?

No. Heaven is not God's divine abode.

Inside the brahmand the loka above the Earth are called svarga or heaven. These are material places made by Maya. These are places of higher material luxuries.

When jiva performs punya karma in human life then as a reward they are sent to svarga for a limited span of time. The knowledge, the weaponry in svarga is much more advanced that the most sophisticated things of the earth.

The pleasures of the svarga are tinged with unrest, dissatisfaction, and incompleteness. Also, once the allocated time has elapsed then the jiva is sent back to the earth and human body is not guaranteed. Jiva might be sent in lower life forms like mosquitoes, dogs, cats etc.
