There are one hundred one veins that merge from the heart. Only one of them goes to the moordha.

Jiva lives in the heart. When Mahapurursh leaves the body he goes out of the sushumna naadi that leads to brahm-randhra. Mahapurursh rides the sun rays to cross the brahmanda and goes to the abode of God.

Only Mahapurursh leave from moordha. Others according to their karma leave the body from eyes nose etc.
