advaita vedant | अद्वैत वेदान्त
Advait vedanta (Devanagari: अद्वैत वेदान्त ISO15919: advaita vedānta) is the philosophy of non-dualism.
This is one of the philosophies of advaita. The primary Acharya and propagator of this school of philosophy is Adi Jagadguru Shri Shankaracharya.

According to this doctrine there is only one entity - Brahm. He is impersonal, unknowable and unperceivable. Jiva is no different from Brahm. When Brahm is overcome with ajnana then Brahm is called jiva. This ajnana will be eradicated if jnani meditates on the the great Vedic shlokas.
Followers of this school of philosophy propagated many other sub-philosophies. Some of them being vivarta vada, drista-dristi-vaad, avichchhed-vaad, bimb-partibimp vada, agyata-vaad.
Also written as advait vedanta, advait vedant.
